Location: Gloucestershire

I am hiring for a trusted provider of state-of-the-art manufacturing automation machinery and control systems that is looking for a skilled individual to join the multi-national business.

You will work on innovative projects across various industries and will travel to sites across the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.

Roles and responsibilities:

• PLC programming, Touchscreen, Network, OR Scada.
• Liaising with internal panel manufacturers and ensuring that it's built as per the spec.
• Commissioning and installation on customer sites.
• Servicing existing systems and repairing any faults.
• Own customer projects from designing to customer satisfaction.
• Training and mentoring fellow teammates.

You must have experience in:

• Hands-on with Industrial control systems.
• Programming PLCs from scratch, Allen-Bradley or Siemens, essentially.
• Networks: Ethernet, ProfiNET
• Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, etc. industries.
• Good customer relationship-building skills and a confident traveler with no convictions preventing overseas travel.
