What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and analyze parts from customer inquiries using parts lists, E-plans, and drawings
• Handle supplier discontinuation notices and recommend smart alternatives
• Develop End-of-Life strategies and create compelling Last Order offers
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and retrofit teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage technical queries with suppliers and oversee order processing
• Enter and manage data efficiently in the ERP system while preparing spare parts offers

What You Bring to the Table:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role (bonus points for intralogistics experience!)
• Proficiency in E-plan, CAD tools, Inventor, and Microsoft Office
• Strong English communication skills with a knack for customer and supplier interaction
