Summary

We're actively hiring Electro-mechanical technician (s) for a globally leading automation company to join the field service team and play a pivotal role in maintaining equipment majorly in pharmacy productions across Italy. You'll ensure maximum plant availability and customer satisfaction, addressing breakdowns promptly and providing support at distribution plants nationwide. Based in Central Italy, you'll be a vital contact person for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct breakdown maintenance and planned preventive maintenance of automated systems.
• Implement improvements, repairs, and modifications as needed.
• Liaise with customers and internal technical departments for seamless support.
• Assist in project installations and provide remote support as required.

Requirements:

• Technical experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex automation and equipment installations, preferably in pharmaceutical retail.
• Proficiency in automation boards and machine instrumentation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and business criticality awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a calm and focused demeanor under pressure.
• Fluency in Italian and English, with residency in Central Italy and willingness to travel extensively.
