Sales Manager (s)/ Team Lead for Sales

Summary

We are currently partnering with a globally leading Intralogistics company, a provider of material flow technology and automated systems, to recruit talented individuals for the sales team across Germany, Denmark and Poland.

Location: Remote (We need candidates based in Germany, Poland and Denmark regions).

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customer-oriented support and advice to existing and generate new customers.
  2. Develop and propose customer-specific solutions in line with company's offered solutions and products.
  3. Create technical and commercial offers using the SAP ERP system.
  4. Track and manage standardized and individual offers throughout the sales process.
  5. Coordinate and support projects, collaborating with internal departments such as development, product management, and project management.
  6. Actively engage in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales of warehouse automation and intralogistics.
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, particularly in intralogistics systems.
  4. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Willingness to travel majorly to D/A/CH area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and EU.
  8. Proactive, reliable, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Language skills in English and German are advantageous.
