Their expertise extends from conception to full implementation, encompassing control & automation, warehouse management systems, and IT integration. Currently, they seek to bolster their team with a Field Service Engineer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all service operations, including maintenance, repairs, malfunctions, and conversions.
  • Reception, clarification, and resolution of service call complaints.
  • Technical liaison between customers, field service management, and service partners ordering and coordination of necessary sub-services.
  • Proactive communication with customers to schedule appointments and provide support throughout the service process.
  • Extensive traveling to the client sites in the Netherlands.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Technical training or relevant technical studies.
  • Sound technical understanding.
  • Experienced in intralogistics/warehouse automation/manufacturing automation, ideally as a fitter or service technician.
  • Communication abilities for customer interactions.
  • Understanding of customer requirements and needs.
